End the charging process at the vehicle and disconnect the
vehicle cable from the vehicle charge port.

Disconnect the charger from the mains supply and
reconnect it after 60 seconds.

If the fault persists, have the vehicle checked by a qualified
specialist workshop/Porsche partner.

connection.
The charging process is interrupted.

Disconnect the charger from the mains supply and

If the fault persists, have the power supply/domestic
connection checked by a qualified electrician.

not present.
Protective conductor monitoring has
interrupted the charging process.

mains supply systems (e.g. IT networks):
If necessary, charge the vehicle with protective conductor
monitoring deactivated.

mains supply systems: Have the control unit
checked by a qualified specialist workshop/Porsche
partner. Have the power supply/domestic connection
checked by a qualified electrician.
