Brake disc screwing  

Porsche Motorsport recommend to secure the fixation bolts of the front 
and rear brake disc with silicone. 

1.

 

The countersink in the brakepot as well as the bolt head have to 

be free from grease 

 

 

 

 

2.

 

Tighten both fixation bolts 900.075.010.030 with 5 Nm (no 

Loctite)

 

3.

 

Fill the cylindrical countersink till 1 mm underneath the bolt 
head with silicone  (Minimum 200 deg C temperature-
resistant, coloured) 

 

 

4.

 

ATTENTION: No silicone may touch the rim contact surface 
as well as the area between brake disc and wheel hub
