Clean & Lube Mandrel
•
Clean and Lube the Mandrel every 50 sets.
o
Over time, debris can stick to the Mandrel reducing its lubrication making it difficult to
mount POP NUTs™ or causing premature wear or jams.
o
Lube the Mandrel with 1 drop of oil. Use the same oil that is used with the Air Lubricator
or an ISO VG 32 type oil.

Lubricate Rotating Parts

Lubricate the Spin Pull Head and Spin Pull Head Case after approximately every 1000 sets.
o
Lack of lubrication will cause increase internal friction causing premature wear and
reducing the Mandrel rotation speed and torque
