MARKING THE SITE

1.  Mark the centre of the site and drive a stake or screw driver into the soil. 

(See diagram 1)

2.  Tie a piece of string onto the stick. At the other end of the string, tie a funnel. The distance

between the stick and the funnel should be 15cm more than the radius of the pool 

(See diagram 2)

 

2.  If the pool diameter is 500cm, then the circle should be 530cm in diameter.

3.  Place flour, chalk dust or lime into the funnel and draw a circle around the stake.
