Problem
Solution
Check that there are no kinks in the connected tubes
Check that the pump is correctly powered.
The pump is provided with SmartMAG® motor protection. If there is lack of
water or the impeller is blocked the pump recognizes the problem and turns off
and attempts to restart. After 5 restart attempts in the space of 1-minute,
the pump turns off completely. In this case unplug the pump from the electrical
outlet and remove the cause of the problem. After adding water or clearing the
blocked impeller plug the pump back in which will reset the SmartMAG® and the
pump will resume working.
