PUMP REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR TROUBLESHOOTING
1.
Now thread the Water Cap onto the Suction Fitting and hand tighten it only!
2. Slowly unscrew the Vent Screw from the Seal Top allowing the filter system to depressurize.

4. Loosen all four Hose Clamps , remove the Suction and Return Hoses , and allow water to drain out.

First turn off the pump and unplug the main power cord of the system. Now remove the RF Diverter Fitting

5. Reach down inside the Filter Pump Canister and loosen the Pump Retaining Nut by turning counterclockwise until the Pump Retaining Nut comes off

the Volute Housing Inlet. Pull up on the Pump Retaining Nut to remove it and place it in a safe place for reassembly later. (see image below)
(REMEMBER TO KEEP ALL PARTS IN A SAFE PLACE FOR REASSEMBLY LATER)
6. Now that the Pump is free from the Filter Pump Canister , remove the pump from the bottom.

ROTOR INSPECTION AND REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Once the Pump has been removed from the Filter Pump Canister
you are ready to inspect or replace your Rotor Assembly .
Please refer to the Motor Assembly Illustration on PAGE 16 for your specific pump size to replace the Rotor Assembly .
(REMEMBER TO KEEP ALL PARTS IN A SAFE PLACE FOR REASSEMBLY LATER)
1. Carefully remove the Phillips Head Screws , turning counterclockwise, from the Volute Housing using a screwdriver.
2. Remove the Volute Housing
Remove the Volute Housing . Then remove the Pump Gasket .
3. Now carefully remove the Rotor Assembly . Please be careful as the Rotor Assembly has multiple parts that may come out
separately.
