All VVX business IP phones, OBi Edition support multiple shared lines. Your administrator can customize
your phone so that multiple shared lines are enabled.
Shared Line Appearance
A Shared Line is a service account or extension installed on a group of phones.
All phones on the shared line are notified when a phone uses that extension. There can be multiple
simultaneous calls on a shared line. Each call on a shared line has a Shared Call Appearance (SCA). If
your phone has a shared line configured as one of the services, it should have as many Call Keys defined
on the phone as are bound to that service.
