PROBLEM
SOLUTION
ON lamp (F) off
Check that the lead is correctly plugged into a suitable current socket.
Ensure that the appliance has been turned on using the ON/OFF swit-
ch (C).
ON lamp (F) on but no steam
is delivered
Wait for the pressure indicator light to come on (E) (about 10 minu-
tes). If steam still does not come out, there is no water in the boiler. Fill
by following the instructions provided in the manual.
The safety cap cannot be
unscrewed
Ensure the machine is off and disconnected from the power supply
and enable the steam control lever (1A) on the steam sprayer (1C) un-
til the steam flow ceases (paragraph “SAFETY CAP / SHORTAGE OF
WATER”)
If the problem persists, unscrew the cap at the same time as applying
gentle pressure with fingers to the cap pin (see fig. B)
