WARNING
Due to the nature of ATVs and where they are operated, headlight lenses can
become dirty. Frequent washing is necessary to maintain lighting quality.
Riding with poor lighting can result in severe injury or death.
HEADLIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT
To replace the headlight bulb, do the following:
1. Disconnect the headlight
harness

and pull the
harness away from the
headlight assembly. Be sure
to pull on the connector, not
on the wiring.
2. Remove the rubber cap
w
from the back of the housing.
3. Turn the plastic collar
e
counterclockwise to access
the bulb.
4. Remove the bulb and replace
with a new bulb.
5. Re-attach plastic collar and
turn clockwise to secure.
6. Install the rubber cap and re-
connect the harness to the
headlight assembly.
