OIL CHANGE
1. Position the vehicle on a level surface.
2. Place a drain pan under the drain hole

3. Remove the drain plug. Allow the oil to drain completely.
4. Clean and reinstall the drain plug with a new sealing washer. Torque to
specification.
TORQUE
Drain Plug
12 in-lbs (16)
5. Remove the fill plug. Add the proper amount of the recommended oil. Do not
overfill .
6. Reinstall the fill plug. Torque to specification.
TORQUE
Fill Plug
12 in-lbs (16)
7. Check for leaks.
8. Dispose of used oil properly.
POWER STEERING UNIT
If your model is equipped with
power steering, frequently clean the
areas around and on the power
steering unit to allow proper cooling.
Clean these areas

thoroughly.
STEERING ASSEMBLY
The steering assembly of the ATV should be checked periodically for loose nuts
and bolts. If loose nuts and bolts are found, see your authorized dealer or other
qualified service facility before operating the vehicle.
