LOCAL AREA NETWORK
To use the reception tool and the session tool on separate computers, a local area network has to be available
at your club. Usually a local area network is set up by using a router.

The router is connected to the internet .

The reception tool computer is connected to the router. The reception tool computer has access to
the internet through the router.

The main base station is connected to the router with the network cable provided in the set.

The session tool computer is connected to the router.

The optional secondary base stations are connected to the router with the network cable provided in
the set. Optionally the secondary base stations can be connected to the Cardio GX system wirelessly
through the main base station. The wireless connection is automatic after switching on the secondary
base stations.
SETTING UP THE CARDIO GX SYSTEM
1. Install the reception tool onto the reception tool computer. Make sure the reception tool computer is con-
nected to the local area network.
