Heating system
(Mountain connection)
Winter connection function
If you want to leave the caravan for a while, and want somebody
else to start up the heating by connecting the caravan into 230 V,
the built-in
”Winter connectionfunction”
can be used.
1. Make sure that heating is activated in 12 V control panel.
See reference for
”Control panel 12 V”
, page 32.
2. The heating control panel should be activated and the
desired heating source is set (1000, 2000, 3000W elect-
rical or gas heating). The desired temperature is also set upp.
3. Switch off all other devices, lights, etc. by switching off
the 12 V control panel.
See reference for
”Control panel 12 V”
, page 32.
4. Switch off the main 12 V switch button which is located
near the battery (see
”Main switch button”
page 31).
5. Disconnect 230 V supply of the caravan.
The heating now starts when 230 V is connected to the
caravan.
Heating adjustment
The back part heating can be adjusted with the shunt
valve, located on the left side behind the boiler. The shunt
valve reduces the flow through the convectors in the back
part of the caravan that causes lower temperatures.
Do not insert nails or screws, make holes or
perform other mechanical actions in the vici-
nity of the hoses for the underfloor heating,
or the electric underfloor heating. See section
”
Dimensions
” on pages 6-14.
∆
Underfloor heating adjustment
The floor heating in the caravan can be regulated with
a shunt valve located on the left side behind the boiler.
The shunt valve reduces the flow through the underfloor
heating with reduced heat as a result.
The floor heating is divided into three separate loops. The
loops can be seen in the section
”Dimensions”
on pages 6-14.
Underfloor heating
All caravans are equipped with waterborne underfloor
heating installed in the floor.
There is also a 12 V circulation pump connected to the
floor heating. The pump is started with a touch button
under the tool menu, (see reference for
”Control panel
12 V”
, page 32).

12 V pump
The circulation pump is located in front of the boiler. The
pump has a knob to change the speed of the pumplessly.
In front of the pump is an air nipple connected to a hose
for venting the floor heating loop. When venting, the air
nipple must be up in a horizontal position.
Some caravans are equipped with both waterborne and
electric underfloor heating.

fully open position. To close the flow, the crane is turned 90 degrees
