Instructions for use
• Preamble
You must read this documentation before operating the monitor. Non-compliance with the recommendations
in this manual could make ‘’FROGGY’’ use dangerous.
The monitor is designed to work with an optimum flow rate of 750 lpm @ 7 bar.
• Unfold
- 1 -
Fold out the stabilizing legs by holding the monitor with the carrying handle. Pull on a long stabilizing
leg, the others unfold in fan up to the "CLIC" (Fig. 1).
- 2 -
Check that the stabilizing leg locking pin is locked (Fig. 2).
- 3 -
Place the monitor on stable ground, the four pins of the stabilizing legs in contact with the ground (Fig.
3).
Note :
the ground on which the stabilizing legs are in contact must be consistent. A loose ground (sand,
gravel, mud, etc.) will not provide optimal grip. In some cases, the lance may slip, ripper and/or take off
from the ground.
For your safety, attach the monitor with the supplied strap on a secure solid location.
• Anchor
The monitor must be secured to the ground (stake driven, solid support in contact with the ground or
hanging on the supply hose).
- 1 -
Attach the supplied strap to the towing ring (Fig. 4).
- 2 -
The anchoring point must be between the monitor and the target (Fig. 5).
- 3 -
If you do not have solid support, the monitor may be secured to the water supply hose (Fig. 6).
