Assembly method

Be careful when stopping components in the wrong position, as it may not function correctly or cause failure.

Be sure to remove the power cord after you have checked the product has completely stopped working.

Assembly

Motor shaft connection

Position sensor

The positioning sensor 

is facing down.

First check the position of the motor shaft
connections. If the positioning sensor is
facing directly down, it is in the normal
position.

※ Unplug the power cord when stopping in position

If the position sensor is not in position or
unknown, disconnect and reconnect the
power cord. It will move to the normal
positon and stop itself.

※ A look from above

The word "UP" is facing upwards.

Check the position of shaft. Make sure
that the letter "UP" is facing up.

※ Check if spring is in.

Scoop

Make sure that the shaft contains a
spring, install the scoop and rotate the
screw cap to secure it.

※ Attention to hexagonal holes.

If the triangle of the scoop and the
triangle inside the litter box are facing
each other, the assembly is correct.

Install litter box lid to fit the lib. Make 
sure that the 6 pins on the left and right 
sides are properly secured before closing 
them.

Buckle

Litter box

Close the buckle. Make sure there are
no gaps in the lid and bottom joints
of the litter box.

Place the litter box in the bottom of the
product. Make sure there are no gaps,
such as around the entrance.

Make sure that the letter "UP" on the shaft
is facing upwards. Move the shaft in the
direction of the arrow to connect the shaft
to the motor shaft connection.
