To start the appliance: select switch (1 – Power); the appliance will start heating (400W power). In order
for the appliance to emit more heat, press buttons 2 and/or 3 while the heater is on. If the 400 W button is
selected, the result will be a power of 800W; if the third button is also pressed, the appliance power will be
1200 W.

During operation, do not tilt the heater more than 25°.

The heater is equipped with oscillating base.

During operation, the halogen heater must be at a minimum distance of 50 cm from walls or other objects.
Direct the air flow towards such a point so that room heating is optimised. Do not direct the heat flow
towards corners or reduced spaces, or towards the floor or ceiling.

To heat a room quickly, set the halogen heater to 1200 W (activate both power buttons). Once the room has
reached an agreeable temperature, set the heater to a lower position in order to reduce consumption and to
prevent the room from getting too hot.
11.
To switch off the halogen heater, press the ON/OFF button.
12.
If the heater is off, do not turn the oscillating base manually; otherwise, the base could get broken.
SAFETY MEASURES
To avoid damages and dangerous situations caused by overheating, the fan heater is equipped with a safety
device that stops its operation in case of overheating, for example, due to a total or partial obstruction of the
grills. In this case, disconnect the appliance from the mains socket, wait for around 30 minutes so that it cools
down, and remove the object that is obstructing the grills. At this point, it is possible to start the appliance
again, as described above. The appliance should operate correctly. Should the problem come up again, contact
the nearest support centre.
To ensure its safe use, the appliance features a tip-over protection system. In case of accidental fall, the
appliance turns off automatically. CAUTION: If the heater is straightened, automatically restarts.
MAINTENANCE
1.
This appliance requires no maintenance except cleaning of its external surface.
2.
Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect it from the mains socket and wait for it to cool down.
3.
Dust the intake grill regularly, removing rope yarn, down or any other foreign matter that might limit regular
air circulation.
4.
To clean external surfaces, use only a soft moistened cloth. Do not use solvents.
5.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISPOSAL
Disposal of this product shall be governed by the European Community Directive 2012/19/UE on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE). According to this regulation, the consumer has the obligation NOT to dispose of this product as household waste
but through separate channels of collection (WEEE). In the case of purchasing a similar new product, this product can be
disposed free of charge from the distributor. The disposal is free, no purchase required, for WEEE small size (external
dimensions below 25 cm). Comply with local regulations in the fields of waste disposal. It is always possible to dispose of
this product at a WEEE collection center predisposed by the public administration. The incorrect disposal of this article
could have potential adverse effects on the environment and human health. This symbol indicates the consumer’s duty to
dispose of this article as WEEE and NOT as household waste. Improper disposal of the product by the consumer involves
the application of administrative sanctions provided by law.
