Thank you for purchasing ERT-805 Serial WAN Router.
This installation guide provides the basic information of the router, ERT-805, including,
hardware installation, console interface login and LAN interface setup. For more
information of the router, please also refer to the user’s manual of the router in the CD-
ROM.
Unpacking the router
Open the box of the ERT-805 router and carefully unpack it. The box should contain the
following items:
• ERT-805 Serial WAN Router
• Power Cord
• DB9 to RJ-45 changer
• RJ-45 to RJ-45 modem cable
• User’s Manual CD
• Quick installation Guide

