3 Web Configuration

This chapter describes how to configure the device by using the Web-based

configuration utility.

3.1 Accessing the Device

The following describes how to access the device for the first time in detail.

Step 1

Open the Internet Explorer (IE) browser and enter

http://192.168.1.1

in the address bar.

Step 2

The

LOGIN

page as shown in the following figure appears:

In this page, enter the user name and the password. Then, click login.



The user name and the password of the super user are

admin

and

admin

respectively.



The user name and the password of the normal user are

user

and

user

respectively.

If the login information is incorrect, the page as shown in the following figure

appears:
