Removing the Tuner Amp Unit (Fig.3)

Remove the three screws.

Insert the tips of a pair of pliers or something like that

into the slits, and remove the Holder while pushing it

with the tips.

Remove the screw.

Remove the screw.

Straight the tabs at four locations indicated.

Remove the screw and then remove the Tuner

Amp Unit.

(Note)

Tighten the screw 5, after the screw 3 and putting the

tab 4 in the different direction when assembling. The

fastening torque of the screw 5 is (0.5-0.7N•m). Next,

tighten the screw 1 after the screw 2. Finally put the

tabs of the holder up, if they are bent.

Remove the DSP Unit

1. Remove the solder of three tabs indicated by arrows A.

2. Disconnect the connector and then remove the DSP Unit.

3. Remove the Upper Holder.

4. Remove the solder of tab indicated by arrow B.

5. Straight the four tabs indicated by arrows B and C,

remove the Lower Holder.
