Switching the telephone
muting/attenuation
Sound from this system is muted or attenu-
ated automatically when a call is made or re-
ceived using a cellular telephone connected to
this unit.
1 Press F to select TEL.

phone muting/attenuation.
Pressing

will switch between
TEL :ATT
(attenuation) and
TEL:MUT
(muting)
and that status will be displayed.

P7000) is connected to this unit, you can select in
the following setting:

Switching the automatic
disc playback
You can turn automatic disc playback on or off
when you insert a disc into the disc loading
slot. When this function is on, the disc will be
automatically played after it is inserted into
the disc loading slot.
1 Press F to select A-PLY.
Press

repeatedly until
A-PLY
appears in the
display.
2 Press
r
to turn automatic playback
on.
A-PLY: ON
appears in the display.

to turn automatic playback off.
Correcting distorted sound
This function is effective only when you con-
nected a Pioneer multi-channel processor (DEQ-
P7000) to this unit.
You can minimize distortion likely caused by
the equalizer curve settings.

Setting an equalizer level high can cause
distortion. If high sound is crippled or dis-
torted, try switching to
LOW
. Normally,
leave the setting at
HI
to ensure quality
sound.
1 Press F to select D_ATT.
Press

repeatedly until
D_ATT
appears in the
display.
2 Press

n
to select LOW or HI.
Pressing
m
or
n
will switch between
HI
(high) and
LOW
(low) and that status will be
displayed.

To cancel initial settings, press
BAND
.
