OPERATION
NOTE:
•
If the center stabilizers were set-up short-jacked or were not extended to at least half of the
ground pad length from the side of the truck, it may be necessary to manually align the short-
jacked stabilizer pad to within 5° of parallel to the truck while stowing the stabilizer jack.
•
If there is enough clearance to extend the stabilizer beam more than half of the ground pad
length, the ground pad deflector may be used to align the ground pad. After the stabilizer jack
is slightly raised, extend the stabilizer beam more than half of the ground pad length, then
proceed to step (8).
7. Manually rotate and align the ground pad to within 5° of being parallel to the truck.
8. Press the STOW stabilizer button and retract all the stabilizer jacks completely.

NOTE:
•
Ensure that the ground pad makes contact with the ground pad deflector when retracting the
center stabilizer beams.
•
As the center stabilizer beam is being retracted, the ground pad deflector will rotate the ground
pad into the stowed position.
•
If the center ground pad was positioned or manually aligned to 5° of parallel to the truck, the
ground pad may not make contact with the ground pad deflector while stowing the stabilizer
beam.
9. Use the middle stabilizer controls and retract the stabilizer beams completely.
Align center stabilizer pad within 5° of parallel to truck before stowing stabilizer jack in short-jacked
set-up. Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment.
