1. Prepare apparatus for stabilizer deployment. See
“Preparing Apparatus for Stabilizer Deployment”
NOTE:
If Short-Jacking apparatus, both middle stabilizer beams may not be fully extended. See
2. Extend the middle stabilizer beams, as conditions allow, until the middle stabilizer beam fully extended indicator
light is illuminated.
3. Lower the middle stabilizer jacks until the middle stabilizer jacks firm on ground indicator light is illuminated.
4. Push and hold the Level Assist Button until the front (bumper) and rear stabilizer jacks are down and the firm
on ground indicator is illuminated for all stabilizers. Level Assist sequence will be as follows:
a. Levels the side to side (slope).
b. Deploys the Front (Bumper) stabilizers before the Rear stabilizers.
c. Levels the Front to Rear (grade).
5. Lower each jack until the firm on ground indicator is illuminated for all stabilizers.
NOTE:
The low side axle tires can be on or off the ground as long as the on-ground indicators are
illuminated and the angle indicators show that the apparatus is within the safe level range in slope
and grade.
6. Push and hold the Level Assist Button until the truck auto-levels and all the stabilizers stops moving.
7. Use the Truck Manual Leveling Stabilizer Control if further truck leveling is required.
8. Install wheel chocks on both sides of the tires that are in contact with the ground (high side).
