Escalation Interval
Escalation interval can be set between 5-60 mins per group.

Use to test if the SIM card can send SMS.
NTP Server Settings
To enable time synchronization with an NTP server. Set the host IP address of the NTP server to be
used. Select the GMT from the drop-down box and select the GMT of your country. The NTP will
synchronize the time with the server that has a smaller number of strata.
Email Settings
Authentication

Tick this box if your email needed authentication.
TLS

Tick this box if your email is encrypted.
Server

Outgoing server of your email provider.
Port
–
The port to use, default for SMTP without encryption is port 25 (584 and 2525 are also
used). For encrypted TLS usually, port 587.
Username
–
The log in credential to use when authenticating.
Password
–
The password credential to use when authenticating.
Send Test Email to
–
Input email address that you want to send test e-mail, then click send
to see if you have fill up the correct settings. Be sure to save first the configuration before
testing email.
