Servo control

example, the load was
changed
1.
Immediately switch off the servo mode
of the corresponding positioning axes.
2.
Check the servo control parameter
settings on the controller.
3.
Adjust the servo control parameters on
the controller according to the load
change.
Open-loop operation
near to the resonant
frequency
In open-loop operation, operate the
stage only at a frequency below the
resonant frequency.
