P-2x5 Piezo Actuator 

Cleaning the P-2x5 

Only when the piezo actuator is 

not

 used in vacuum: 

 

If necessary, clean the P-2x5 surface with a cloth dampened with a mild cleanser or 

disinfectant (e.g., isopropyl alcohol). 

Only when the piezo actuator is used in vacuum: 

 

Touch the piezo actuator only with powder-free gloves. 

 

If necessary, wipe the piezo actuator clean.
