Step 19: What other problems might arise?

We would recommend you contacting us if you experience:
• Discomfort from wearing the hearing aids
• Sound being too loud
• Sound being too quiet
• Hearing aid falling out or off of your ear
• CROS microphone does not appearing to be working/connecting to the

hearing aid

We will try our best to help in any way we can but we are limited during
this time to resolve all problems with hearing aids.
