Assembly
5.1 Safety information for assembly
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to improper assembly!
Improper installation and assembly can lead to severe
injuries and substantial property damage.

Before starting work, pull the mains plug and
ensure that there is sufficient space for assembly.

Handle exposed components with sharp edges
carefully.
–
Ensure that the assembly site is kept clean and
tidy at all times! Components and tools lying
around or on top of one another are sources of
accidents.
–
Assemble components properly. Adhere to the
required screw tightening torques.
–
Do not drill any additional holes in the lifting
column.
–
Secure components so that they do not fall down
or topple over.
5.2 Conditions at the installation site
The following conditions must be met at the installation location for
the assembly workstation:

The installation location is in a closed room.
The substrate (foundation) is designed for the static and
dynamic loads.
n
The installation location has a smooth, even floor area, is free
from vibrations, oscillations or shocks, and is moisture-
resistant.
n
Sufficient lighting is available.
n
The installation site is clean and dry, and free from dust and
objects.
n
The atmosphere must be free from solvents.
n
All of the connections required on site are available.
n
