Relieving blockage at ferrule transport
The yellow indicator light lights up. There is a mechanical blockage
in the ferrule transport.
Removing the waste container
•
Using your thumb, slide the waste container towards the front
of the device and remove it with a downward motion.
Opening the lid
•
Flip the lid upwards to open. There will be slight resistance
when doing this.
Removing the taped ferrule
•
Push the slide towards the front of the device.
•
Hold the slide in this position and remove the taped ferrule.
•
Always actuate the slide even if no tape was inserted.
The yellow and red indicator lights light up.
•
Press the reset button with the service tool.
The red indicator light lights up.
If the red indicator light flashes,
follow the sequence for remov-
ing loose parts (see Page 24, from "Taking off the service cover").
