<Free repair restrictions>
1. We provide free repairs if this product breaks down during the warranty period while properly using this product in accor-
dance with the user manual and precautions such as the label, etc. adhered to the main unit.
2. Contact the Philips Support Center to receive free repairs if this product breaks down during the warranty period.
3. Contact the Philips Support Center if you have any inquiries relating to repairs on this product if you received it as a gift.
4. A fee will be charged for repairs in the following situations even if the warranty period is still in effect.
Breakdown or damage has occurred due to misuse or improper repair or modification.
Breakdown or damage has occurred due to transport, movement, or dropping, etc. the product after purchase.
Breakdown or damage occurs due to fires, earthquakes, water damage, lightning strikes, other natural disasters, con-
tamination, or abnormal voltage.
Breakdown or damage has occurred due to use outside of your general residence (for example, long-term use while at
work)
Any items not specified in this warranty form.
If the purchase date, customer name, and purchase location is not listed on the warranty form, or if you have improperly
written over the original information.
Dirt, damage, and odors incurred by the main unit cloth cover are not covered under the warranty.
This warranty form is a promise that free repairs will be provided based on the conditions specified in this document. Thus,
this form does not restrict the legal rights of the customer over the person/entity who issues this warranty form (warranty
manager) and any other businesses.
Contact the Philips Support Center if you have any questions relating to repair after the warranty period has expired.
Refer to the ‘Warranty and after-service’ section in the user manual for more details concerning repairs after the warranty pe-
riod expires and the warranty period for the repairable performance parts.
The personal information (warranty form copy) you provide may be used in service activities carried out during the warranty
period and to perform safety inspection activities thereafter. We request your understanding in the matter. Your personal in-
formation is appropriately managed based on the ‘Philips Privacy Notification’ listed on the Philips Japan website http://
