Clicking on the “One Touch”
symbol in the
menu bar on the bottom right of your PC screen
(next to the time) opens the following window:

Variant 1
, a number of different ways
of processing documents are available to you. In
addition, you can select special settings for the
application in question (select the required sym-
bol and click the right mouse button).
You can combine multiple pages into one docu-
ment or save in different documents. Change the
factory default under “Select Format and Page(s):”
by clicking on the appropriate symbol.
Variant 3
To scan a document, open a graphic applica-
tion (“Paper Port” or “Photo Impression”)
and choose the scan function. Choose the MF-
TWAIN driver to start scanning.

To view and edit the document you have
scanned,

rst close the MF-TWAIN
driver.
Click on the lower left icon to create a preview,
click on the lower right icon to start scanning.
Click on “Pre-selection” to create different pro-
fi
le for different document types you want to
scan. A pro
fi
le contains all important settings for
a certain type of document. To create a pro
fi
le,
fi
rst make all settings and then choose “New”
pro
fi
le. Enter a pro
fi
le name and click “Save”.
