• If you intend the wireless surround speaker
to wirelessly connect to the main unit,
make sure that you press the

on the wireless surround speaker.

a standalone Bluetooth speaker, make sure
that you connect the surround speaker to
a Bluetooth device.
Audio from the main unit cannot be heard
through the subwoofer and the wireless

Internet services
Cannot stream music from Chromecast built-
in or Spotify Connect services to this product.
• This product is not connected to the
network, and perform the first time setup
if the setup is not completed.
Cannot connect this product to the network.
• Make sure that the wireless network is
not disturbed by microwave ovens, DECT
phones, or other neighboring Wi-Fi devices.
• Place the wireless router and this product
within five meters of each other.
• Make sure that this product and your
mobile device share the same network.
• Reset this product to its factory settings.
• Make sure that the wireless router
supports mDNS.
