Check the switches (SW6000, SW6001, SW6003,
SW6004) and their periphery, and service
it if detective.
Check the line between the RS6000 (remote
control receiver) and the Pin(27) of IC2000, and
service it if detective.

Re-install the switches (SW6000, SW6001,
SW6003, SW6004) correctly or replace the
poor switch.
Replace IC2000.
