Check IC1012, R1046, R1048, and their
periphery circuit, and service it if defective.

Replace IC2000.

Pin(5) of IC6001?
Are the filament voltage applied between Pin(1, 2)
and Pin(31, 32) of the fluorescent display tube?
Also negative voltage applied between these pins
and GND?
Check the fluorescent display tube (FL6001),
and service it if defective.
Check the P-ON+5V line and service it if defective.
Check the -FL line and service it if defective.
Check R6007, IC6001 and their periphery, and
service it if defective.
Check the power circuit, FC1002, D1010, D1017,
C1016 and their periphery, and service it if
defective.
