– CD badly scratched or dirty.
• Replace/ clean CD.
– Laser lens steamed up.
• Wait until lens has adjusted to room temperature

• Clean lens by playing a CD lens cleaning disc.
– CD-R is non-finalized.
• Use a finalized CD-R.
Occasional crackling sound during FM
broadcast.

• Extend the pigtail antenna fully.
