9 Troubleshooting
The screen does not respond when I press
the key.

I cannot find the file that I stored on Activa.

The fitness device cannot measure my
exercise accurately.
Ensure that you wear Activa properly.

The fitness device can detect and count
your movement. Wear the device
properly in the position as suggested on
the screen.

Calibrate the fitness device to yourself
(see ‘Calibrate the workout’ on page 23).
I cannot tune to a preset station.
The station may be out of service.

Select another preset station.
When moving to a new place (e.g. a new

city or country), restart auto tune for
