4. Removing the metal cover

7. Removing the backlights
Step 1: Remove the 4 screws on the metal cover as shown in Fig. 8.
Step 2: Disconnect the I/F cable must be remove 1 screw on metal
cover as shown in Fig. 8.
Step 1: Disconnect the 1801, 1004,1301 and 1701 connectors of the
Main Board as shown in Fig. 9.
Step 2: Remove the 4 screws on the Main Board.
Step 3: Remove the Main Board.
Step 1: Disconnect the J2 and J3 connectors of the Inverter Board as
shown in Fig. 9.
Step 2: Remove the screw on the Inverter Board.
Step 3: Remove the Inverter Board.
Step 1: Place the Panel upward, remove the 2 sets of Angle Metal with
screw as shown in Fig. 10.
Step 2: Remove the 2 screws for backlights as shown in Fig. 10. to
release them.
Step 3: Carefully draw out the connectors to J2 and J3 through the
holes of the frame.
Step 4: Pull out the top and bottom backlights by hands as shown in
Fig. 11.
