MALFUNCTION
POSSIBLE CAUSE
REMEDY
The washing machine is
vibrating.
There is not very much laundry in
the washing machine.
This doesn't prevent the operation
of the washing machine.
There is an excessive amount of
laundry in the washing machine or
the laundry is not arranged evenly.
Do not exceed the recommended
laundry amount and arrange it
evenly inside the drum.
The washing machine is touching
a rigid object.
Ensure that the washing machine
is not touching any rigid objects.
There is an excessive amount of
foam in the drawer for washing
detergent.
You have used too much washing
detergent.
Press the Start/pause button.
To prevent the formation of foam,
pour one spoon of softener into
half a litre of water and pour this
solution into the drawer for the
washing detergent. After 5 - 10
minutes press the Start/pause
button. Next time you wash select
the correct washing detergent
dosage.
You have used an inappropriate
washing detergent.
Use only washing detergent
intended for automatic washing
machines.
The results of the wash are not
satisfactory.
Your laundry is too soiled
for the selected program.
Select a more appropriate
program. (see Table 1)
You have not used
a suffi
cient amount of washing
detergent.
Use more washing detergent,
depending on its properties.
