ELECTRIC LOCK (OPTIONAL)
Automatic electric locking is available when the optional electric lock MCO-170EL is installed on the
models MCO-230AICUVL/230AICL.
There are two modes to unlock the outer door.
• Quick mode: Press “Unlock” on the Top screen.
• User-ID mode: Enter the User-ID and password for Auto-Lock, after pressing “Unlock” on the Top screen.
Setting User-ID
Before turning the User-ID mode to ON, register a User-ID and a password for Auto-Lock (maximum 99
User-IDs and its passwords).

Go to the Lock screen (
Menu
Lock
). Press
“Auto-Lock User” to display the Auto-Lock User
screen.

Enter desired User-ID and password, and
confirm. Press “Add” to register them.
Notes:
• User-ID: The alphanumeric characters (maximum
8 digits).
• Password: The number (maximum 6 digits).
• A User-ID can be registered without its password.
• Manage the password for Auto-Lock properly.
Note:
When registering the 100th User-ID, a
warning notice is displayed. Press “OK”, and delete
a disused User-ID in reference to below.
How to delete the User-ID already registered
Enter the User-ID to delete, and enter its password in the “Password” input box. Press “Delete”.
Note:
When deleting all registered User-IDs, the User-ID mode is turned to OFF.
