When operating the incubator for the first time or after not using it for an extended period of time, operate   

it for at least about 4 hours until the chamber temperature and the CO

 sensor are stable after setting the 

chamber temperature to the desired temperature and setting the CO

2

 density to 0 %. Then change the 

setting to the desired CO

2

 density.
