Power indicator

In the bottom of the main menu you find the power indicator – 

Battery:  when  using  battery  power  you  will  see  the  battery  icon, 
indicating the approximate amount of power left on the battery.

FireWire:  the  FireWire  icon  will  appear  when  a  FireWire  cable  is 
connected to the back; this means that P 65+ now is powered through 
the cable even though the battery is still attached.

 

Forced Battery: though your back is connected to a computer, you can 
select the power source to be the battery, this comes in handy, if you 
are on location shooting to a laptop computer. 

Please note, if you are selecting to only provide power from the battery, 
and  at  the  same  time  are  using  Zero  Latency,  the  expected  battery 
lifetime per charge is significantly lower compared to Normal Latency.
