Inserting the needle
Turn the machine off!
Danger of injury if the machine
is started accidentally!
Only use needles from the appropriate
system, see
Chapter 3 Specifications!

Raise the needle bar and loosen screw

Insert the needle as far as possible (the
long needle groove must be facing right).

Tighten screw

Setting up
All regulations and instructions in this instruction manual are to be observed.
Special attention is to be paid to all Notes on Safety!
All setting up work is only to be carried out by appropriately trained personnel.
Before all preparation work, the machine is to be switched off at the on/off
switch or disconnected from the electricity supply by removing the plug from
the mains!
