replacement of the blade (5)
Unplug the machine.
Refit the saw head and the blade case (A) in the upper position.
Unscrew and remove the screw 2) that secures the plastic housing support (1) Protection upper blade guard

blade in the clockwise direction to remove the screw shaft (3) and remove the washers (7 and 8).
Remove the outer flange and the blade.
Do not remove the inner flange except for cleaning. Make sure that the inner surfaces of inner and outer flanges are
clean and free of foreign substances.
Clean plates and pour a drop of oil on the two flanges before reassembling the new blade. Installing a blade of 305
mm x 30 mm.

Make sure the blade is perpendicular to the saw table.
Lock the saw head in down position.
Loosen the rotation handle of the table and place it at 0 °.
Tighten the rotation handle of the table.
Loosen the lock handle the inclination of the head saw at the rear of the machine and adjust the head to 0 °.
Then tighten the locking handle of the inclination of the saw head.
While lowering the saw head, place one end of a bracket (10 - not included) against the saw table and the other end
against the blade. Make sure that the two sides of the bracket are in contact with the blade and the tray without
touching the teeth of the latter. When the bracket is correctly positioned, the two ends of the latter must be fully in
contact with the blade as well as the table of the miter saw. To do this, turn the blade by hand and check the square-
ness of the blade with the saw table.
The control handle is used for lowering and direct cutting. It is provided with a handle (1), a start trigger (6), a safety
switch (2), of a release lever of the protective cover (3 ), a LED power indicator (5) and a switch laser (4).
To trigger the start, hold down the trigger (6), the lever to unlock the cover (3) and a safety button (2). Then press the
head down and push it towards the cutting area.

• To start and stop the laser using the switch on the handle of the head (4).
• The laser beam lead on the workpiece.
• The laser allows for extremely accurate cuts.
Check the cleanliness of the laser and remove the dust from it if needed.
1. Turn the miter saw and laser. Unplug the saw.
2. Remove dust from the laser using a soft brush or a soft, clean cloth, or a blast of compressed air very light.
The warning label for Class 2 laser is on the device.
Do not remove any labels on this tool. The use of measures or procedures other than those specified herein pourait
result in hazardous radiation exposure.
• Never look in the direction of the laser beam.
• Do not aim the laser at people or animals.
• Do not use the laser on highly reflective materials. The reflected light is just as dangerous
