Steps of refueling CNG*
1) do not smoke and do not talk with your
mobile phone before going to the CNG
station and as long as you are in the station.
2) Switch off the vehicle and make sure
the vehicle is fully stopped (set the
parking brake fully) when you are in the
CNG station**.
3) Station operator starts refueling after
controlling the refuel permit label.
STARTING AND DRIVING WITH CNG
Warning
Never refuel your vehicle’s cylinder in the CNG stations special for buses and heavy duty vehicles.
Vessel valve and other parts may be damaged due to the high output of these stations.
- Max refueling time of the cylinder is 1000 cycle per year.
- Do not refuel the cylinder more than 3 times per day
4) Make sure the gas filler valve cap is closed
after refueling (to prevent dust from entering
it and causing problem in gas system).
5) Max. Permitted pressure of the
refueling is 200 bar. You can see the
cylinder inside pressure by the pressure
gauge inside the engine compartment.
Changing the vehicle refueling
permit label*
Refueling label is valid 12 months from
issuing date. You can not refuel cylinder
without refueling permit in the CNG station.
Refer to the authorized inspection centers
for bi-fuel vehicle at least one month prior
expiration of the permit validity.
Every 36 months CNG reservoir must be
checked by assessing center approved by
standard organization.
