Pad cassette

and back to the initial position .
The pad cassette will be pushed out of
the shaft somewhat to facilitate removing
it.
The pad cassette can be used on both
sides. The side marked with
1
is designa-
ted for 1 coffee pad and the side marked
with
2
is designated for two coffee pads.
The more carefully you insert the coffee
pads, the better the coffee. For this rea-
son, please consider the following tips:
Before inserting a coffee pad, evenly
•
distribute the powder in it up to the
edge.
For two coffee pads, push the bottom
•
one firmly into the recess of the pad
cassette. Its paper edge will be pu-
shed up in the process.
After inserting the upper coffee pad,
•
tap it gently with your fingertips so
that a small recess is created in its
middle.
Ensure that the paper edge of the top
•
coffee pad is flat in the pad cassette’s
recess and that it doesn’t protrude or
is folded down.
When pushing in the pad cassette
•
ensure that the pad does not shift,
otherwise no adequate seal can be
provided.
