9. Set the Thermocouple Generator to 25o C. The middle left-hand side
Green LED, D3, should be ON and the left-hand side LED, D2, should
be OFF.
10. Set the Thermocouple Generator to 0o C. The left-hand side LED, D2,
should be ON and the middle left-hand side Green LED, D3, should
be OFF.

CHANNEL 2
1. Connect the Thermocouple Generator to the Channel Two
Thermocouple Input, (TB 8 right-hand side terminal), the Yellow Wire
to the terminal marked Y and the Red Wire to the terminal marked R.
Connect a Voltmeter between ground and TP 4, the Red Lead to TP 4
and the Black Lead to the negative side of C33 (right side of the
capacitor). Set the Thermocouple Generator to 0o C. Set the Voltmeter
to 20 VDC range.
2. Adjust POT 5 (the Zero Pot) to obtain a 0 VDC reading on the
Voltmeter.
3. Set the Thermocouple Generator to 10°C.
4. Adjust POT 6 (the Span Pot) to obtain a -1.0 VDC reading on the
Voltmeter.
5. Move the Positive Lead (Red Lead) of the Voltmeter to TP 6.
6. Adjust POT 8 (the Ready Pot) to obtain a -1.0 VDC reading on the
Voltmeter.
7. Move the Positive Lead (Red Lead) of the Voltmeter to TP 5.
8. Adjust POT 7 (the Temperature Pot) to obtain a -.5 VDC reading on
the Voltmeter.
9. Set the Thermocouple Generator to 25o C. The middle right-hand side
Green LED, D 11, should be ON and the right-hand side LED, D 10,
should be OFF.
10. Set the Thermocouple Generator to 0o C. The right-hand side LED, D
10, should be ON and the middle right-hand side Green LED, D 11,
should be OFF.
