In Sign/Magnitude PWM mode two pins are used to output the motor command information for each step motor
phase. One pin carries the PWM magnitude, which ranges from 0 to 100% as shown in
this pin means the motor coil should be driven with voltage. A second pin outputs the sign of the motor command
by going high for positive sign, and low for negative.
