Grease filter (Pic.15) should be cleaned depending on cooking intensity at least once a
month or two. To clean the grease filter should be removed and washed in warm water with
agents that dissolve fat or in dishwasher (setting it upright). When cleaning the aluminum
filter pay attention to not to damage the grid. After washing and drying the filter should be
re-installed in the hood. lf the aluminum filter is not cleaned regularly it soon wears out and
hood loses its performance.
