Warning: Chains, bracelets, loose clothing and the
like can cause danger to the user near rotating
parts.
Press the pedal of the mounting table (Z) while
holding the tyre iron in place, to turn the mounting
table (Y) clockwise until the clinch has completely
released from the tyre rim. To solve the second
clinch, use the tyre iron to lift the tyre and release
the tyre from the rim. Press the tilt lever (H) to turn
in the tilt position behind the column and remove
the tyre from the mounting table.
Tire fitting
Warning: Make sure that
the tyres and rims are the
same sizes before fitting.
To avoid damage to the
tyre, lubricate the tyre
clinch and the edge of the
rim with grease
recommended by the
manufacturer. Put the tyre on the rim.
Warning: When gripping the rim with mounting
hooks, avoid placing your hands on the rim to avoid
damage during the operation.
Turn the arm of the mounting head back, put the
tyre on the rim and turn the mounting head back
above the tyre as when loosening the tyre. Place
the lower clamp of the tyre on the rear of the
mounting head from one side, and under the front
of the head from the other side. Press the tyre
either by hand or with the auxiliary arm and turn
the mounting table to attach the lower clamp of the
tyre to the rim. Repeat the operation with the upper
clinch to complete the assembly.
Auxiliary Arm 066 (optional)
Auxiliary arm 066 is a helpful device for tyre
changers, it is used to remove and mount tyres.
Before any operation of this machine is required,
the operator is advised to read the operating
instructions carefully. Do not attempt any
operations that are not listed in it. The
manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by
incorrect operation. Please keep the operating
instructions on hand for consultation.
