ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Required Assembly Tools
• 4, 5, 6 mm Allen key
• 10 mm open end / socket wrench
• ¼” Torque wrench w/ 4, 5 mm Allen Bit & T25 Torx Bit
• ⅜” Torque wrench w/ 6 mm Allen Bit
• Diagonal Cutting Pliers
• Rotor truing fork - Park Tool DT-2
• Tire pump
Assembly Steps
Cut packaging straps and or
tape, carefully remove carton
staples, and open the top of
the box.
Remove the contents from
the box including the bicycle
and the parts kit. Cut the
zip ties securing the front
wheel to the bicycle and set
it aside.
