emission factor
Set the emission factor of your device / component to be
measured as the effectiveness of the energy emission as
heat radiation.
Note: For informations about the emissivities see the list, under 6.1 Common
Material Emissivity.
distance (m / ft)
The straight-line distance between the component to be
measured and the thermal camera. You can adjust the
target distance or select the target distance as near,
middle or long distance.
background temperature
The average ambient temperature.
Reflection temperature
If an object (not the device / component) with high
temperature is in the range to be measured and the
emissivity of the target is low, set the reflection
temperature as high temperature to correct the thermal
effect.
Humidity
Adjust the relative humidity to the environment.
Temperature correction value
The device may have slight deviations from the
temperature measurement. You can adjust these
deviations with the temperature correction value.

After the settings of the camera, return to the menu to
save the changes.
