6.9. Data Transmission Program
6.9.1. System Requirement
To run this application, there are some requirements for the system
as follows:
Operating system:
Microsoft Windows 98/98SE/ME/2000/XP/
VISTA32 & 64Bit/Win7 32 & 64Bit
Harddisk space:
approx. 20 MB free space
6.9.2. PC Mode
The meter has serial data output function. It can be connected with
PC by USB interface, so the measured data can be recorded,
analyzed, processed and printed. Before use this function, you
need install the PC-Link software and USB driver in your PC.
Press the
USB/REL
button for 2 seconds. The meter enters PC
mode, the symbol “RS-232” will appear on LCD, and the serial data
output function is active.
6.9.3. PC Software Operating Manual
1. Make sure the two
Install USB driver
and
Install software
files in the attached CD successfully installed before any
measurement.
2. Power on the Multimeter and hold for 2 seconds the USB / REL
button. The symbol "RS232" appears in the display. The
interface of the device is now activated and is ready to transmit
measured values to the device software on the PC.
3.
Connect the meter’s OPTICAL PORT and computer USB port
with the USB line.
